To cancel an appointment, please call (707) 443-3712 and leave us a message with your full name and appointment time, we may not be in the shop to answer your call. We require a cancellation notice of 24 hours, within 48 hours is preferred.
For appointments canceled earlier than 24 hours that are not Covid-19 related your stylist is able to charge a fee as they see fit.
Masks are required as per your stylist’s request.
